	PLACE one seasoning sheet on a plate, spice side up. Place your favourite meat, fish or poultry portion on sheet.
	WRAP the entire plate tightly with cling film. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes or more for deeper flavour penetration.* *(MICROWAVE READY: Simply add 1 Tbsp. butter before wrapping, then microwave wrapped plate for 30-60 seconds or until fully cooked. Unwrap hot plate carefully, discard the sheet and serve.
	REMOVE food from sheet, then discard the sheet. Sauté, grill, steam, broil or bake as desired.
