Culinary Innovations is off to exhibit at next week's Restaurant Show in Earls Court 2.  At the show will be:
  • launching the new Sous Vide collection of fusionChef heaters and circulators by Julabo.
  • demonstrating our vacuum packing machines
  • sampling high temperature vacuum cooking bags and other vacuum pouches for use in Sous Vide cooking
  • booking spaces on our Sous Vide Training courses in November
  • discussing how we can provide you with chef support and health & safety guidance

With us will be Rich McLoughlin, Head Chef at the Michelin Starred gastropub The Olive Branch in Rutland, who will discuss Sous Vide application in his kitchen, as well as representatives from our supply partners Julabo and Orved.
