These easy "Click System" sheets are changeable PP (Polypropylene) cutting sheets that are made in 6 different colours in accordance to HACCP guidelines and simply click onto the Professional Click System Base Board. The cutting sheets can withstand all common detergents and are commercial dish washer safe. They neither absorb nor release flavours or smells. The sheets are also replaceable at a low cost. Regular changing of the sheets ensures best possible hygiene practises and reduces the risks of cross-contamination.
