They can be used for hot, microwaveable and ovenable temperatures from -40°C to +220°C (-40°F to 428°F), including cook and chill applications. As the name suggests, "cook and chill" is where food is rapidly chilled after cooking to the food preparation and cooking processes to be completely separated from that of the food service.
