Bay Leaves - 350 g

Dried bay leaves have a strong woody herb taste, to be compared with pepper without the pungent taste. Taste and flavour is kept longer in whole form than in ground. A good quality can be recognized by the large, whole and undamaged leaves with a fresh green colour. These leaves are selected by hand.
