Pepper White Sandy Ground Muntok - 530 g

White pepper corns are the ripe berries of the pepper tree. After days of washing the skin is removed to reveal the white corns. White Pepper is less pungent and aromatic than black pepper. The number of dark berries determines the quality of white pepper. We supply only the best quality by removing the dark berries; a process called "positive picking". This pepper also has a very high litter weight (heavy berries) and a large percentage of volatile oils.
