
We supply boilable vacuum pouches specifically for higher temperature Sous Vide applications such as cooking vegetables above 70° C and for boiling foods such as ham. They can also be used for producing ready meals to give a high value boil-in-the bag product. Made from oriented polyamide (OPA) and cast polypropylene (CPP), the high temperature pouches are tested by the University of Udine in Italy to withstand heat tolerances up to 120° C for 20 minutes. Please note: these pouches can only be used in chamber type vacuum packing machines.
