
The new Cuisson SV41 is a vacuum packer specifically designed for Sous Vide cooking. It is a state-of-the-art model that allows the professional chef to vacuum pack every product either horizontally or vertically so as avoid the suction of liquids. It also has a removable sealing bar to allow for better cleaning of the inside of the appliance, an inert gas system with two gas nozzles and two batch and date stampers. This chamber machine really provides an extra dimension for the technochef to express Sous Vide cooking at its best. The chamber size is 435 x 500 x 180 (+190) h mm and the sealing width is 415 mm.
