The new Cuisson SV-41 is a vacuum packer specifically designed for sous vide cooking. It is a state-of-the-art model that allows the professional chef to vacuum pack every product vertically - so as avoid the suction of liquids. It also has a removable sealing bar to allow for better cleaning of the inside of the appliance, two gas nozzles, and two date stampers.
