External type vacuum sealing machines are a low-cost method of vacuum packing ideal for use in the catering and food service sectors for extended shelf-life food storage and sous vide cooking and in retailing and artisan production for packaging of dry products. The final pressure in the vacuum pouch is typically 150 mBar but there are models capable of matching the 2 mBar that a chamber vacuum packing machine can achieve.
As well as external type vacuum sealers we supply a comprehensive range of bench-top chamber vacuum packing machines ideal for the technochef. A chamber machine can be used with smooth bags to vacuum pack and seal a variety of solid and liquid food. All models feature a stainless steel chamber with a comprehensive range of add-on options and air pressure reduction to 2 mBar or more. We can also source free standing machines.
We offer a range of miscellaneous vacuum packing accessories to help you work with liquids and facilitate and speed up the preparation of food products. The range includes sloping shelves for liquid product, food boards and moulds of various sizes for use with vacuum bags and stainless steel bag funnels for ease of filling.
