Ideal for new menu development, labour savings and portion control, Seasoning Spice Sheets are an innovative way to provide product quality and consistency. Each sheet consists of a dry herb and spice rub adhered to a food contact approved film that is quickly and easily released into all types of protein by a unique sugar-based cold-dissovable bonding agent. Protein can be seasoned within 20 to 30 minutes (or more for a deeper flavour).
