A second line of tray thermosealing machines comes from our Italian partners Orved who supply a range of tray sealing machines and tooling that can be more easily focused to suit individual customer tray sealing requirements, including such features as bespoke tooling, figure cutting and Modified Atmosphere Packing (MAP) capabilities.

We provide a large range of Cardboard/Polylactide (PLA), Polypropylene (PP), Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate (APET), Crystalline Polyethylene Terephthalate (CPET) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sealable food trays, containers and sandwich wedges for a very wide range of food products.
Peelable sealing film is available for all our Polypropylene (PP) & Polyethylene Terephthalate (APET & CPET) trays. Our film solutions are suitable for use in a wide range of thermo-sealing appliances and offer gas tight sealing barriers. The range of film, supplied in roll format, covers all essential sealing temperatures, sizes and material thicknesses.
We have an extensive range of sturdy thermo bags and boxes which provide a solution for transporting finished food trays. These include an innovative thermo bag that can be loaded from the side or from the top and can be connected to a second bag with integrated buckles; a washable transport box; ultimate heavy duty thermo boxes; and functional accessories for controlling and recording temperatures.
