DF10 & DF20 Die Cassettes
A full range of tray sealer cassette dies configurations for all our trays designed for use with the DF10 and DF20 DuniForm models. The cassettes and trays are Faerch and De Ster compatible. Each DF10 / DF20 cassette is listed with the tray article number & tray location on this web site, plus recommended sealing film. DF25 Die Cassettes
The larger DF25 model has its own set of die configurations, including double cavity forms on DF10 / DF20 configurations and larger tray size configurations. An adapter board can be used with smaller DF10 / DF20 cassette dies. Each cassette is listed with the tray article number, tray location (on this web site) and sealing film article number. Tray Sealing Accessories
A simple range of accessories for your tray sealer, including spike rolls. A spike roll is an add-on piece with integrated sharp pins that perforate the lidding film before the tray is sealed. The device is very useful when there is a need for "breathable" packing. The lidding film remains leak proof but lets out any steam/moisture condensation after sealing out. Other accessories include die cassette storage racks and space saving trolleys.
