A full range of tray sealer cassettes configured for all our trays designed for use with the DF10 and DF20 models. The cassettes are listed in numerical order according to the cassette article number. Each tray cassette is then associated with its recommended tray article numbers and recommended sealing film.
The larger DF25 model has its own set of cassette configurations, including double cavity forms of DF10 / DF20 configurations and larger tray size configurations. An adapter board can be used with smaller DF10 / DF20 cassettes. Each cassette is listed in numerical order according to its article number. Each tray cassette is then associated with its recommended tray article numbers and recommended sealing film.
This section includes standard tooling cassette dies for the Orved line of tray sealers, as well as details of our offer for custom tooling that reflects individual customer requirements to design and manufacture their own tray configurations using Orved tray sealing machines with or without figure cutting of sealing film around the perimeter of a food tray.
