With a thermo-sealing temperature range of 150 - 170° C, our range of 65 & 72 µ sealing film is ideal for PP plastic food trays, including take-away & home meal replacement trays. The film is cold peelable (can be opened when the film is refrigerated), offers a gas-tight sealing barrier & anti-fog options. It is supplied in roll format of various widths & lengths. Maximum cooking temperature is 100° C.
We offer both cold and hot peelable sealing films for use in all types of PET trays (rPET, APET, & CPET). Hot peelable film requires the film to be warm or heated so as not to tear and cold peelable film can be opened when the film is refrigerated. All film in this range offers self venting (anti-fog) properties and can be thermo-sealed at a range of temperatures from 130 to 160° C. The hot peelable film is 25µ thick and can be used at cooking temperatures up to 220° C. The cold peelable film is 65µ thick and has a cooking temperature tolerance of 100° C.
We provide a selection of multiple purpose sealing films available in 42µ for use on PP & PET trays for thermo-sealing at temperatures between 160 - 210° C. This film is cold peelable (can be opened when the film is refrigerated) with full Anti-Fog properties, offers a gas-tight sealing barrier and is supplied in roll format of various widths. Maximum cooking temperature is 180° C.
With the Orved line of tray sealing machines certain sealing film works best with certain models, therefore within this category we offer sealing film that is recommended by Orved for use with their line of trays either with or without a modified atmosphere. This film is mainly composed of Polypropylene (PP) and/or matched with other materials.
