Vacuum Pouches

All vacuum packers require suitable vacuum pouches to allow the creation of a vacuum within an appliance and to create maximum food preservation and cooking possibilities. We supply 4 different types of bags, including: embossed vacuum pouches suitable for external type vacuum packers; two types of smooth bags (90µ and 140µ) for chamber machines; and high temperature cooking bags. All our pouches are manufactured at an ISO 9000 accredited site to ensure full quality assurance.

Lidding Trays

We take pride in delivering integral concepts for high quality food packing. We provide a large range of Polypropylene (PP), Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate (APET) & Crystalline Polyethylene Terephthalate (CPET) Lidding Trays perfect for cold ambient food through to food temperatures up to 220°C. The range includes single, double and treble compartment trays in transparent, white, black and blue colours. Our trays are available in various sizes, including ready meal and standard GN catering sizes.

Lidding Film

Peelable lidding film is available for all our Polypropylene (PP) & Polyethylene Terephthalate (APET & CPET) lidding trays, as well as Polystyrene (PS) trays. Our film solutions are suitable for use in a wide range of thermo-sealing appliances and offer gas tight sealing barriers. The range of film, supplied in roll format, covers all essential sealing temperatures, sizes and material thicknesses.
