Heating immersion circulators are independent water heaters consisting of 3 elements: a heating element; temperature controller; and integrated pump circulator to provide constant water temperatures. The basic circulators are available for independent cooking pots or as bridge mounted versions fitted to a bath tank. Our bath tanks are available with different filling volumes of 13, 19, 27, 33 and 39 litres. A bridge mounted circulator is also available with a stainless steel bridge for larger vessels.
Superior chefs trust the quality of our water baths. Water baths can be found in restaurants all over the world for use in Sous Vide cooking. They are a one piece unit with integrated heater and microprocessor temperature control with a filling volume range of 8 to 20 litres. All water baths are available with a lift-up cover as an accessory. In addition to the heating function we also supply refrigerated/heating water bath circulators providing an integrated refrigeration unit for cooling food.
With each of our Julabo circulators and water baths we offer a range of various accessories, including protection grids, core temperature sensors, control software and adhesive tape to seal the puncture on Sous Vide vacuum pouches. We also supply a range of covers and lids for all bath tanks and water baths.
