
FusionChef™ water baths consist of 3 parts: a heating immersion element; a temperature controller; and an integrated pump circulator to provide constant water temperatures during your cooking. The basic circulator is available to clamp onto an independent gastronorm container or cooking pot or, alternatively, mounting on a water tank. You can also purchase optional water tanks in different filling volumes of 19, 27, 44 and 58 litres with matching lids.
With each of our FusionChef™ water baths we offer an extensive range of accessories to enhance your Sous Vide cooking experience, including core temperature sensors, adhesive tape to seal the puncture on Sous Vide vacuum pouches, separation and retaining grids, iSi gourmet clamps and anti steam balls.
