Sous Vide cooking. They are a one piece unit with integrated heater and microprocessor temperature control with a filling volume range of 8 to 20 litres. All water baths are available with a lift-up cover as an accessory. In addition to the heating function we also supply refrigerated/heating water bath circulators providing an integrated refrigeration unit for cooling food.
