Soup & Home Meal Replacement Trays
We offer a general range of PP lidding trays for home meal replacement providers, retailers and food artisans along with anybody that produces food in large quantities to serve fresh to their customers. The range includes soup bowls and specific Home Meal Replacement (HMR) trays for hot and cold food applications in 1 & 2 compartments and in white and black.
Take Away Trays
To meet consumer demands for take home and prepared meals, we present the Take Away (TA) range of PP lidding trays. Available in 1, 2 & 3 compartments, varying depths are available to suit your packaging demands or consumer preferences. To ensure freshness an APET lid has been developed that can be used with or without lidding film. This means that your customers can seal and save meals that are not finished.
Dessert Trays
Available as 1 & 2 compartment PP lidding trays for small portions, this line consists of four trays - all 138 x 114 mm (length x width) - but offering varying depths from 35 to 70 mm. The volumetric measurement range is 350 to 630 ml. Each tray is supplied in black, white or transparent and particularly fitting for desserts and biscuits.
1/4 GN Trays & Containers
Set to industry standard gastro-norm sizes, these PP lidding trays suit institutional, contract and travel catering as well as other food applications for dairy, meat, fish, pasta and gastronomy. Constructed so as to make good use of available space, the trays and containers are all 1/4 GN sizes in heights between 40 and 100 mm. A variety of colours include white, white/blue, black and transparent.
1/3 & 1/2 GN Containers
For larger food pieces we supply a range of PP lidding containers in 1/3 & 1/2 GN sizes. These items are designed for numerous applications and come in white, black and blue colours. To thermo-seal 1/3 and 1/4 G/N containers requires a DF25 tray sealer capable of thermo-sealing larger tray sizes. We also supply 1/2 GN APET lids to provide a choice of lidding options.
