Training Course Booking Confirmations

All training course spaces booked by delegates online will receive a booking confirmation and/or joining instructions outlining the nature of the event and details of the venue and times.  We aim to send these out by Royal Mail first class post on the next business day and via email to the email address used to book the course two weeks prior to the event.  Please note that Royal Mail delivery services are outside of our control, and we can take no responsibility for delays in their service such as strikes, extreme weather etc.  Our booking confirmation and/or joining instructions constitute a delivery and once issued is subject to our policy on changes and cancellations policy.  Should you wish to exchange dates for an alternative future date or cancel, this can only be done three weeks prior to the scheduled event.

New Distribution & Shipping Arrangements from 31st December 2013

On 31st December 2013 Culinary Innovations transferred its vacuum packing and water bath business to Continental Chef Supplies (a Trading Division of Bunzl Ltd).  All orders placed on this site for Orved branded vacuum packing equipment and vacuum pouches and all FusionChef water bath products are exclusively the sole responsibility for distribution by Continental Chef Supplies.  As such Culinary Innovations acts as authorised commission agents, taking payment for goods for onward bank transfer to Continental Chef Supplies.  For more information on Continental Chef Supplies’ terms and conditions, including conditions of sales, prices and payment, delivery, product information and images, guarantees and liability and status please visit www.chefs.net/terms.asp.  For specific information on shipping of your order please call CCS on 0808 1001 777 or email sales@chefs.net.  

For shipping of all other products, including Duni branded products, orders received by 12:00 hours on any working day and in stock are normally dropped shipped by Duni for next day delivery by TNT.  Orders received at the weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the following working day.  Any Duni items that are not in stock are normally despatched via TNT within two weeks.
