To help assist you in your choice of tray sealer and consumables we have put together our current list of available trays cassettes for the smaller DuniForm models (DF10, DF20 & DF25) in two handy to use guides.  You can use the guides to cross reference all DuniForm product article numbers within our online catalogue and help you purchase relevant tray cassettes, the recommend trays for each cassette and the matching film numbers.  For larger DuniForm tray sealers (DF32, DF36 & DF44) it is recommended that you contact us for your cassette tooling requirements.  The larger DuniForm tray sealers use the same tray and film options as the smaller models.

For the Orved line of tray sealers a separate range of standard tray tooling exists, as well as the option of customised tooling on some models.  The LST & Profi 1 models are restricted to trays that will fit within a "sledge system" i.e. Tray sizes, 137 x 95, 190 x 137  and 290 x 190 mm.  The Profi 2 can use trays that will fit in the "sledge system" but can also have customised tooling.  The Profi 3 and VGP models will fit standard 1/2, 1/4 & 1/8 GN size trays or can be customised to suit individual customer tray sealing requirements.  You can learn more about Orved recommended standard trays and sealing films by following the links below:
